Job Description:
When it comes to accounts receivable this person will process
and reconcile incoming payments, monitor customer balance and
collection calls. They will be responsible for 100+ order invoices
a month. They will handle accounts payable also which means they
will process and reconcile incoming vendor invoices payment and
maximize savings via payment discount. They will process 100+ AP
vouchers a month. Other responsibilities include: processing and
reconcile banking transaction wire transfer and credit card
payments, processing and reviewing new customer financial data for
account set-up credit limit, processing customer credits, debits
and request of return, and processing and preparing for month-end
and year-end closing. Must have: 5+ years of experience processing
AP & AR invoices 2+ years of specific manufacturing distribution
experience Excel - ability to create v-lookups and pivot tables
from scratch ERP / MRP - must have experience utilizing and ERP
system other than Quickbooks Nice to have: Macola ERP system
