Status: Non-Exempt Dept: Production On-Site: Yes Date: 03.2025
Reports to: Sr. Operations Mgr Direct Reports: Yes SUMMARY The
Production Supervisor will monitor our production operations and
ensure that they deliver maximum quality in a profitable manner.
Your duties will include monitoring employees, organizing workflows
and analyzing the efficiency of manufacturing processes. You should
be highly competent and comprehend complex operations. We also
expect you to be able to optimize day-to-day activities while
minimizing the costs. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: /n - High
school diploma or GED /n - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB)
certification a plus /n /n EXPERIENCE: /n - At least three (3)
years leading teams in a production/operations environment /n -
Experience leading Kaizen or other similar improvement events /n -
Experience with electronics manufacturing and testing is a plus /n
/n KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: /n - Strong leadership skills and the ability
to communicate effectively with internal and external customers in
a professional and courteous manner /n - Analytical and
problem-solving skills: ability to question, accurately identify a
need, and present an effective solution with great attention to
detail /n - Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and
organize time effectively and work with little supervision /n -
Ability to create, improve and adhere to production processes /n /n

usually moderate. SPECIFIC POSITION DUTIES /n - Establish daily,
weekly, and monthly targets and communicate them to employees and
management /n - Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities
and preparing schedules /n - Organize, monitor and prioritize
orders to meet production goals /n - Report status to management
during daily Gemba /n - Detect bottlenecks and inefficiencies and
suggest/lead improvements /n - Guide and coach team members while
monitoring productivity /n - Foster communication between employees
and Management/HR to ensure policies are well understood and
practiced /n - Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new
hires /n - Participate in training and development sessions to
improve skills /n - Work with Maintenance to ensure all equipment
is running optimally and is properly maintained /n - Maintain a
professional work ethic, clean and standardized work area (5S), and
safe work practices /n - Work overtime as required /n - Performs
other related duties, as required. /n
