indicators) and how they surface in rankings and data products.
Identify high-impact opportunities to replace or augment vendor
data with proprietary collection and help design those research
programs. Set clear goals and quality standards for analysts
working on insurance frameworks and data products. Mentor team
members on insurance concepts, risk thinking, and methodology best
practices. Qualifications Must-have 5 years of experience in
insurance, with depth in at least one major line (auto, home, life,

handling, coverage design, exclusions, complaints, etc.).
Demonstrated experience building or overseeing analytical
frameworks: scoring models, risk models, rating systems, or
structured evaluations. Excellent communication skills, with a
track record of translating complex insurance and regulatory
concepts into clear language for non-experts. Experience discussing
complex insurance topics and breaking down findings for consumers
Nice-to-have Experience at a ratings agency, comparison site,
fintech, insurtech, or insurance data provider. Familiarity with
model governance, validation or audit processes for scoring/rating
models. Exposure to customer satisfaction / NPS, complaints data,
or regulatory reporting (e.g., NAIC, state DOI data) and how they
can feed into performance metrics. Additional Information Forbes
