early intervention services to young children with speech and
language delays. Our center-based program offers a supportive and
collaborative environment where professionals work together to help
children reach their full communication potential. Position
Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) to join our early intervention team. The ideal
candidate will have experience working with children aged 0-5 years
in a center-based setting, using play-based and evidence-based
therapy approaches to support speech, language, and communication
development. Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and
assessments to identify speech and language delays. Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each childs
needs. Provide engaging, play-based speech therapy in a structured
center-based environment. Collaborate with families, caregivers,
and interdisciplinary team members to support child progress.
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress
reports, and evaluations. Educate parents and caregivers on
strategies to encourage speech and language development at home.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional
development opportunities. Qualifications: Masters degree in
Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. ASHA
Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs will be considered with
supervision provided. State licensure or eligibility to practice as
an SLP. Experience in early intervention, pediatrics, or a related
setting is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills. Passion for working with young children and their families
