Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A full-time opportunity is
available for a Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior
Technician (RBT) to support K-12 students within a school setting
located in the Philadelphia, PA area. This contract position runs
through the current school year, starting ASAP and concluding June
12, 2026. The role involves providing 1:1 support to students
across elementary through high school levels and requires working
typical school hours between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, with exact
schedules determined by placement. Key Qualifications and
Requirements: Experience working in urban K-12 school environments
Ability to work 1:1 with students requiring behavioral support Must
be comfortable serving students from kindergarten through 12th
grade Prior school-based experience is essential Male candidates
only Ability to work independently as district supervision cannot
be guaranteed Reliable transportation to and from the school
setting Financial capability to complete required Pennsylvania
background clearances Willingness to maintain active certification
outside district requirements Open and transparent communication
regarding district affiliation Responsibilities: Implement behavior
intervention plans tailored to individual student needs Monitor and
document student progress while maintaining confidentiality
Collaborate with school staff and families to promote positive
behavioral outcomes Adapt interventions to meet the evolving needs
of diverse students Maintain professional standards according to
