discharging residents * Leading and supporting LPNs, CNAs, and

ensure continuity of care * Communicating effectively with
families, physicians, and supervisors * Ensuring compliance with
all regulatory and facility policies * Reporting safety concerns or
suspected abuse immediately Schedule Options * Flexible shift
lengths: 7.5, 10, 12, or 15 hours * Positions available: Full-time
