Constellation, a leading energy company, seeks a dedicated Lead Assessment Manager to oversee our Quality Assurance and Testing department. This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of service quality and reliability for our power, natural gas, and renewable energy solutions. As part of our commitment to innovation and excellence, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading our assessment strategies, ensuring all energy management projects meet rigorous testing and compliance benchmarks. This strategic position requires an individual with a deep understanding of the energy sector, exceptional leadership skills, and a robust technical background in energy system testing and compliance. Develop and implement comprehensive assessment protocols for all energy solutions offered by Constellation. Lead a team of QA analysts and testers to ensure all projects adhere to internal and external quality standards. Coordinate with various departments to integrate quality assurance practices into all phases of project development. Manage compliance with industry regulations and standards. Report directly to senior management on project statuses, risks, and quality metrics. Oversee the development and maintenance of an error management system and ensure continuous improvement and optimization of testing processes. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and testing tools. Expertise in regulatory compliance related to the energy sector. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and coordination skills.
