Job Description Job Description Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Job Title: Electronic Assembly Technician Job Location: Ewing, NJ Education Required: High School degree or GED equivalent, Trade schools Full Job Description: As a Electronic Assembler, you will support the Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations departments in their day-to-day needs to ensure a seamless flow of quality products to our customers and internal teams. Duties and Responsibility Troubleshoot electrical failures on circuit boards. Primary responsibility for the construction and wiring of ultrasonic transducers for ultrasonic cleaning units. Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and schematics to ensure accurate construction and wiring of ultrasonic transducers and control cabinets. Perform routine hi-pot testing and impedance analysis on ultrasonic transducer arrays. Clean parts for the transducer assembly team. Perform transducer repairs and minor circuit board soldering as needed. Qualifications: Ability to execute procedures, maintain a high level of professionalism, and communicate effectively. Possess an electronic technical certificate. 2 years of experience and working knowledge of electronics, manufacturing, and test equipment. Good soldering skills and electronic troubleshooting ability. Proficient with hand and power tools. Additional skills in electrical safety, industrial and electrical maintenance, wiring diagrams, electrical controls, and maintenance and repair. Required and able to lift 50 lbs.
