grow on a worldwide scale. About the Role The Maintenance
Mechanical Technician installs and maintains facility equipment and
machinery in order to maintain required production levels under
minimal supervision Note: This position is for 2nd Shift. Hours for
this role are Monday-Friday 2pm-1030pm What You’ll Do Possesses the
skills and knowledge of the Maintenance Mechanic position. Programs
Variable Frequency Drives or Servo motor drives. Follows all
Company safety rules and regulations including LOTO and wears all
required PPE. Troubleshoots PLC programs and robotics. Reads and
understands maintenance work orders. Accurately performs daily,
weekly, monthly, and quarterly preventative maintenance on plant
equipment and machinery as required per established PM programs and
completes required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
Mentors and/or trains existing and/or new maintenance employees.
Relieves other employees in instances of breaks, absenteeism,
vacation, or other production requirements. Maintains good
housekeeping and follows established safety protocols. Able to work
in a team environment to include relieving other associates in
instances of breaks, absenteeism, vacation or other production
requirements. Performs any other duties as assigned or directed by
Team Leader / Supervisor. Maintains good housekeeping and follows
established safety procedures. Follows all company guidelines as
stated in the Associates Handbook and Safety Manual Maintains
awareness of individual contribution to and impact of the quality,
safety, environmental, and product compliance policies and
activities; reports all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe
conditions to the proper personnel. Additional Expectations Remain
compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the
Kingspan Group Compliance Policy. Ensure that all duties related to
product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product
Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands
of the Compliance Management System. Must raise concerns related to
the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or
any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential
whistle blower service. What You’ll Bring High School Diploma or
GED required. Certification or equivalent experience in electrical
or mechanical field. 4 years’ prior maintenance experience
required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Ability to
stand and/or walk, bend, stoop or crouch for at least an 8-hour
shift. Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
machinery, equipment, or parts and work near moving mechanical
parts. Ability to accurately use, read, and understand various
precision instruments including, but not limited to: meters,
meggers, and oscilloscopes Knowledge of current OSHA, NEC, and ANSI
standards. Working knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives. Must be
computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
Products. Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
with accuracy and integrity. Able to work in a team environment and
interface with a diverse workforce. What you'll get: Pay range:
