Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled and
reliable HVAC Technician to join our growing team! In this role,
you will be responsible for the installation, diagnostic service,
and repair of various heating and air conditioning systems. The
ideal candidate is a technical problem-solver who takes pride in
high-quality craftsmanship and customer service. Key
Responsibilities Installation: Install new heating, ventilation,
and air conditioning systems in residential and/or commercial
settings. Maintenance & Repair: Inspect equipment, perform routine
preventative maintenance, and execute necessary repairs or
replacements. Diagnostics: Troubleshoot system malfunctions and
respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly. Safety:
Strictly adhere to all industry safety policies, local codes, and
company procedures. Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Proven experience in HVAC installation and service (or a closely
related field). Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with HVAC
wiring diagrams and system schematics. Specialized Knowledge:
Highly preferred: Proficiency in troubleshooting Mitsubishi and
Daikin systems. Physical Ability: Must be able to handle a
demanding physical workload, including lifting heavy equipment and
working in confined spaces. Problem Solving: Exceptional critical
thinking skills and the ability to diagnose complex mechanical
issues on the fly. Logistics: Have a secure driveway or designated
parking area capable of accommodating a commercial company van.
