WORK This position is for a Principal Data Scientist within the
Mission Integrated Command and Control (MIC2) Strategic Products &
Initiatives (SP&I) organization. The successful candidate will
have a deep understanding of data architectures, experience across
command & control products, and expertise in optimizing data
management. This position will help drive forward leaning technical
solutions through informed analysis that supports MIC2 objectives.
Key responsibilities: •Develop MIC2 technical data strategy to
support a common MIC2 framework •Support MIC2 engineering and
technology positioning for strategic business objectives and growth
priorities •Work with MIC2 Market Segments, Business Development,
and Advanced Concepts to support common data management and
analysis •Collaborate with other RMS LOB’s, eTech, and Corporate
E&T to ensure a 1LM approach to technical solutions WHO WE ARE
You will collaborate with a diverse team of technical, program
office and business development professionals across the
organization to be a key player in ensuring the direction of
capability evolution for Lockheed Martin strategic imperatives.
Basic Qualifications • General knowledge of MIC2 technology
portfolio and product lines; including system architectures,
functional boundaries, and physical implementations • Strong desire
to understand the full MIC2 portfolio in the context of the broader
RMS business and the Lockheed Martin Enterprise objectives •
Recognized expert in data analysis and data management •
Demonstrated ability to form and maintain successful partnerships
across organizations • Excellent verbal and written communication
skills necessary to clearly articulate objective and results at
multiple levels of the business • Must have an final Secret or
higher security clearance to start in the role with ability obtain
a TS/SCI clearance Desired skills • Experience leading data
architecture stand-up • Familiarity working with Corporate E&T,
RMS eTech, and 1LMx data systems • Demonstrated ability to lead
cross-functional teams and manage complex priorities Lockheed

Ability to work remotely Part-time Remote Telework: The employee
selected for this position will work part of their work schedule
remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed
during the hiring process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed
Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide
additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from
standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be
condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with
additional time away from the office and are in addition to our
Paid Time off benefits. Security Clearance Information This
position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US
Citizen for consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range
for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York
(excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii,
Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or
Washington DC is $157,800 - $278,185. For states not referenced
above, the salary range for this position will reflect the
candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life

Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state
applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at

for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of
Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually;
receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave,
and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the
calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major
metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is
$181,400 - $314,525. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
