The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing power generation projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget. Project managers or Kinsley will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire process.Kinsley Power Systems, a family-owned business, has been an industry leader in generator service, sales and rentals for over 55 years. • Work cross-functionally with sales, service and finance team members to ensure all elements of the assigned sales support are being fulfilled and project issues addressed within the identified timeframe.
• Provide regular communication for all assigned projects as appropriate, including ensuring that sales/project management team is consistently updated with the latest manufacturing/shipping status
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure and report on project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPreferred Project Manager Skills and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 or more years of experience in high level administrative support and data entry position preferred; a combination of work experience and education will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • 3+ years project management (or related sales) experience with emphasis on equipment distribution
