Job Description:

Our client is seeking a driven and dependable Assistant Property Management to support the management of a diverse commercial real estate portfolio. This posiition includes a balance between administrative responsibilities and field visits, supporting day to day operations.

About You:
1-3 years of experience in a similar Assistant Property Manager role (commercial experience preferred)
Proficiency in financial reporting and billing processes
Familiarity with managing large portfolios and multiple property assets
Effective time management in a hybrid work environment
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities


About the Job:
Assist in the daily operations and management of office/commercial properties
Handle financial reporting, billing, and vendor coordination
Support the management of a multi-property portfolio
Conduct regular property inspections and address tenant needs
Collaborate with senior team members and ensure smooth operation of assets
Maintain records and ensure data integrity in property management software (Yardi)


The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and can handle a high workload independently. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Mt.
