Tik Tok . Job Description The Field Planning & Analytics Manager is
a role which will aid in facilitating and leading the collaboration
efforts needed for the success of field analytics. This role will
manage the support team and executing appropriate communications to
our field/marketing colleagues, as well as home office employees,
along with continuously contributing creative ideas. The role is
also responsible for acting as liaison between Franchise Teams,
Commercial Operations, Center of Excellence, IT, Training, OEC, and
Legal. This position influences cross-functional teams to create
and assess field performance. The position is a part of the Field
Planning & Analytics Team which drives field force effectiveness by
optimizing our sales force size and structure, ensuring our IC
designs are driving the right behavior, and ensuring our call
plans, field tools and operations provide our field teams with what
they need to drive the business in their markets. This position
reports into the Associate Director for call planning and IC. This
is a hybrid position requiring the ability to commute to our
Florham Park, NJ office at least 3 days per week. Responsibilities:
Ensure quality and timeliness of key deliverables and embrace the
idea of participating in workstreams, acting as the key point of
contact. Effectively prioritize across competing projects,
maintaining constant flow of communication with customers and
demonstrating strong project management abilities. Such projects
include call planning design, call plan operations, alignment
management, Zip-Terr creation Proactively identify areas of
opportunity to enhance/improve existing process/outputs in Field
Analytics. Effectively manage vendor partnerships (timelines,
budget, communications) with specific projects and initiatives.
Serve as liaison between Therapeutics Operations and Analytics,
Business Technology Solutions, Training, and Franchise teams to
partner in the design, deployment, training, maintenance and
communications of field facing solutions. Provide reporting and
analytics on Field Performance to the business Director and
Associate Director level stakeholders. Qualifications BA, BS degree
required. BA/BS required to ensure effective understanding and
application of business concepts. 5 years analytical and/or
Commercial operations experience required, preferably in the
healthcare industry. Minimum of 2years' experience in project
management (including leadership of a significant cross-functional
project), marketing or sales operations or information technology.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and
use of Snowflake, SQL Preferred knowledge of pharmaceutical
industry, compliance regulations and standards Able to manage
multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously with sense of urgency.
Strong project management, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to clearly and confidently articulate complex and difficult
concepts to a broad client base, including senior leadership, sales
leadership, and other high-level contacts Ability to work
cross-functionally, in a matrix environment, and collaborate with
multiple stakeholders (verticals, COE, brand teams) Self-starter
with strong focus on internal and external customers and operations
Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and further
integrate data to better serve business needs. Seeks out diverse
and different ideas and fosters a collaborative team environment.
Statistically Supported Analytics: A successful candidate will be
skilled in a variety of analytical techniques. These can include
but are not limited to: Regression analysis, Marketing Mix Model
reviews, Cluster analysis, and Data Visualization. Experience in
developing, deploying, and managing effective call plan designs and

described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that

position.Individualcompensation paid within this range will depend
on many factors including geographic location, andwemay
ultimatelypay more or less than the posted range. This range may be
modified in thefuture.Salary: $106,500 - $202,500 We offer a
comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off
(vacation, holidays, sick),medical/dental/visioninsurance and
401(k) to eligibleemployees. This job is eligible to participate in
our short-term incentiveprograms. This job is eligible to
