Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Emergency Room Nurse a for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Mulica Hill, NJ. Job Function: /n - Day Shift or Night Shift. /n - Manage the care of adult and/or pediatric patients with life?threatening conditions requiring complex assessment, intensive therapies, and interventions. /n /n - Provide support, education, and comfort to patients and their families throughout their emergency room experience. /n /n - Maintain close communication with the healthcare team and recognize the need for early intervention when required. /n /n - Prepare patients for surgery or diagnostic testing. /n /n /n /n - /n /n Job Requirements: /n - Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). /n /n - Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain). /n /n - 3 years of acute care experience in this specialty. /n /n - BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association required. /n /n - TNCC certification preferred. /n /n /nDisclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
