Qualifications - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – New Jersey

Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) or related specialties preferred

implement individualized care plans with patients, families, and

status to care team members for continuity and safety - Supervise
and provide direction to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs),
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and orientees - Promote a safe
clinical environment by following hospital safety policies and
procedures - Contribute to unit teamwork and participate in
team-building activities - Assume charge nurse responsibilities as
needed after orientation - Engage in ongoing professional
