Requirement: Every 3rd weekend - Estimated Weekly Salary: $1740 -
$1860 Registered Nurse Qualifications - Active Registered Nurse
(RN) license (New Jersey RN license preferred) - BLS Certification
(required prior to first shift) - ACLS Certification (required
prior to first shift) - Minimum of 2 years of recent bedside
clinical experience in Med/Surg nursing - Strong assessment,
documentation, and communication skills Med/Surg RN
Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality patient care by following
individualized nursing care plans - Supervise Licensed Practical
Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and orientees -
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of
admission - Identify patient teaching needs and collaborate with
the interdisciplinary healthcare team - Document all assessments,
interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly -
Participate in patient rehabilitation programs and discharge
planning from day one - Communicate changes in patient status to
the care team to ensure continuity of care - Promote and maintain a
safe environment for patients and staff by adhering to safety
protocols - Provide direction and supervision to ancillary nursing
personnel - Contribute positively to team building and a supportive
work environment - Engage in ongoing professional development and
