Nuclear Medicine Tech Location: Bronx, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,185 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Profession: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Specialty: Nuclear Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours with 1-hour lunch Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: NYS state license and NMTCB registry required Certifications: BLS (AHA), Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB Must-Have: Ability to perform radionuclide procedures and nuclear stress tests Description: Responsible for performing radionuclide procedures on patients. Conducting exercise and pharmacological nuclear stress tests. Receiving and preparing patients for nuclear imaging testing. Filling in proper forms and documentation required for the computer system. Work schedule comprises 5 shifts of 8 hours with a 1-hour lunch break. Guaranteed hours of 37.5 per week. Maintain compliance with all required certifications and licenses. Demonstrate knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures and protocols. Provide high-quality patient care and maintain a safe environment. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Adhere to all regulatory and safety guidelines in the field of nuclear medicine.
