active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A contract position is
available for a Physical Therapist to provide specialized support
within an elementary school setting, serving students in 3rd and
4th grades. This role, based in Jersey City, NJ, offers the
opportunity to work two days per week during the 26-27 school year
(SY) and support children with a variety of needs.
Responsibilities: Deliver targeted physical therapy services to
students with multiple disabilities, including emotional regulation
impairments, language delays, and learning disabilities.
Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to
develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Monitor and
document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to
promote optimal functional outcomes. Participate in team meetings
and contribute to an interdisciplinary approach to student success.
Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapy license with experience in
pediatric or school-based therapy preferred. Familiarity with
addressing multiple disabilities and emotional regulation
challenges in a school environment. Strong communication skills to
work effectively with students, educators, and families. Commitment

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.18 to $77.18.
