Job Description:

Physical Therapist who embraces our mission of providing

in rehabilitating physical impairments and promoting overall
wellness to enhance the quality of life for our patients. Evaluate
patients’ physical condition and limitations to diagnose functional
and structural problems Develop a treatment plan by determining the
necessary physical therapy treatments and frequency of sessions
Implement therapeutic interventions focused on mobility, pain
reduction, and management; restoring function and prevention of
disability Maintain patient records and documentation of progress,
while adhering to professional standards and legal regulations
Communicate and coordinate with other healthcare professionals for
a multi-disciplinary approach to holistic patient care Educate
patients and caregivers on treatments, exercises, and injury
prevention Engage in continuous education to remain abreast of
innovations in the field and implement them into patient care
strategies Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles,
theories, methods, and evidence for clinical best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle
sensitive information confidentially Proficient in using physical
therapy software and tools Strong analytical and critical thinking
skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current state license as a Registered Physical
Therapist. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
