Job Description:

A Medical Practice is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team and provide care at a skilled nursing facility near Lansdale, PA. Duties: - Ensure delivery of quality patient care in a respectful, professional manner. - Collaborate with physicians by identifying patient care issues, providing clinical insights, and implementing directives. - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including interviews, physical exams, and medical history reviews. - Document all patient care activities thoroughly and accurately in medical records. - Perform therapeutic procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound management. - Educate and counsel patients on treatment plans, wellness, and health maintenance. - Develop and implement patient management plans to ensure continuity of care. - Maintain compliance with infection control policies and legal requirements. - Participate in professional development activities and contribute to team growth and education. Requirements: - Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required. - Demonstrated skills in clinical assessment, health promotion, infection control, medication administration, and pain management. - Strong ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. - Commitment to self-development and staying current with professional standards. - Experience in hospital or skilled nursing settings is preferred but not mandatory.
