Position Overview Prevention Links is seeking a qualified Clinical Supervisor (1099 Contractor) to provide individual clinical supervision and oversight to staff holding provisional clinical licenses. This role is responsible for ensuring clinical services are delivered in compliance with professional licensure requirements, ethical standards, and agency policies. Key Responsibilities Provide individual clinical supervision to staff with provisional clinical licenses in accordance with New Jersey licensure requirements. Maintain compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory supervision standards (e.g., NASW Code of Ethics, NJ State licensing boards). Complete and submit clinical supervision notes and documentation to Prevention Links as required. Provide clinical oversight and consultation to ensure quality of care and appropriate service delivery. Monitor supervisee progress toward licensure requirements and professional development goals. Communicate with agency leadership as needed regarding supervision compliance and clinical concerns. Required Qualifications Active New Jersey LCSW license in good standing. Clinical Supervision Certification approved by the New Jersey State Board. Demonstrated experience providing supervision to provisionally licensed clinicians. Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, ethical decision-making, and licensure requirements. Ability to maintain accurate, timely supervision records. Additional Details This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Hours are flexible and based on supervision needs. Contractor is responsible for maintaining their own licensure, certification, and professional liability insurance. This position is not eligible for employee benefits. Location - Hybrid – 50% Remote, 50% In Person Supervision (Kenilworth)
