18018 Project Duration : Full time, Permanent Job Summary: This
position provides oversight and direction for the Med Surg (rehab)
unit which includes quality patient care and staff accountability.
This is a key leadership position which is responsible for the
day-to-day operations of the unit and must lead by example. The
ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to oversee care
on the unit and develop team member accountability while embracing
the values and mission of HFSL. Job Qualifications: Current RN
license in PA 5 years of Nurse Supervisor experience on a Med Surg
LTC/STR or hospital unit 3 years' experience in a nurse supervisory
role with proven leadership ability Benefits: HFSL offers
