Job Description:
Job Description Responsible for furnishing medicine services as
reasonably required for patient care and the operation of the
Department. Advanced Practice Provider shall render services to
patients in a competent, professional and ethical manner. Position
Requirements: A: Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current and
valid license to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania.
Possess current, unrestricted federal and Pennsylvania permits to
prescribe medications, including controlled substances. Be a member
in good standing of Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital Staff B: Education:
Hold a degree as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from
