Gifted Healthcare is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dedicated Travel or Local Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Willingboro, New Jersey. In this position, you will provide direct care to critically ill or chronically ill patients in a long-term acute care setting, focusing on providing comprehensive and specialized care to meet the medical needs of these patients. Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Provide respiratory care, wound dressing changes, and administer medications Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment, and prevention Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records Ensure a compassionate professional atmosphere and support patients' emotional and physical well-being Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic patient health information (EHR) systems Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to handle a high-stress, fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey BLS certification ACLS certification preferred
