Job Description BCBA Opportunity | Forty Fort, PA | Clinic Day
Program Opening In-Clinic / Remote Blended Settings (Just outside
of Wilkes Barre, PA) Our BCBAs have the opportunity to work in a
blended model, providing services both in-clinic within our day
program and remotely, allowing for flexibility while maintaining
meaningful connection with clients and team members. Clinicians are
trusted to make informed decisions about their cases, including
treatment approaches, scheduling, and clinical priorities, so they
can provide the highest quality care tailored to each individual.
Our BCBAs are supported by a large, collaborative team, including
experienced clinical leaders, fellow BCBAs, and dedicated support
staff who assist with scheduling, authorizations, session
preparation, and administrative tasks. This structure allows our
clinicians to focus on clinical excellence, collaboration, and
client outcomes while feeling supported, growing in clear tracks of
advancement. This is a guaranteed salary position with low billable
expectations and a $50/hour bonus structure. Transform Lives with

administrative team. Full-time Billable expectations: Salary = 25
billables weekly. Additional billable hours paid at a $50/hour
bonus rate. What We Provide Stable Hours In-Clinic with No Travel:
8 AM – 4 PM, Monday – Friday (up to 8 hours per week can be worked

and quality in our service delivery. Your Role as a Leader in Care
As a BCBA, you’ll guide the delivery of life-changing ABA therapy
for your clients by… Making clinical decisions with support of
experienced Lead BCBAs and BCBA Clinical Management. Designing
customized, evidence-based treatment plans that achieve meaningful
results. Supervising and supporting talented Technicians and
Practicum Residents (BTs, RBTs), not delivering direct therapy.
Partnering with families to empower caregivers and foster lasting
skills. Driving innovation through data-informed decisions and
creative, technical tools such as video games designed by our
BCBA-Ds and Game Designer partners for young learners to acquire
skills through self-discovery in a clinically supported manner.
What You Bring to StepOne A BCBA certification and LBS license
(PA). Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special
Education, or related field. Strong communication skills,
compassion, and dedication to client success. A passion for
empowering individuals with autism through evidence-based care.
Previous ABA experience, a plus. Support is given for newly
certified BCBAs to be successful as well! Autonomy and desired

performed in-person in a clinic environment. It requires regular
computer work and requires the ability to communicate clearly both
verbally and in writing – including frequent talking, hearing,
writing, typing, reading, and significant comprehension. The
