Job Description OBGYN Residency Program Director opening in Passaic, NJLocated in Passaic, NJ - New York City 15 milesFull-time; PermanentHospital-Employed Overview: Seeking Board Certified OB/GYN to serve as Residency Program Director Founding leadership role for newly established OB/GYN residency program Opportunity to shape curriculum, program structure, and faculty development Academic affiliation with New York Medical College State-of-the-art hospital facilities Supportive institutional environment with strong focus on education and research Clinical & Leadership Details: 50% clinical practice and 50% administrative and teaching responsibilities Lead ACGME accreditation process and program development Design residency curriculum and recruit faculty Provide didactic lectures, bedside teaching, and resident mentorship Lead resident recruitment, interviews, and performance evaluations Dedicate approximately 80 hours per month to program leadership, teaching, and administration Compensation & Benefits: Base salary range: $500,000 - $550,000 Potential sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan CME reimbursement and professional development support Paid time off Malpractice provided Requirements: MD or DO Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology Eligible for New Jersey medical license Demonstrated leadership or academic experience preferred Commitment to graduate medical education and resident training About the Area:Passaic, NJ is located approximately 15 miles from New York City and offers convenient access to one of the world’s most vibrant metropolitan areas.
