Tender Touch Rehab Services, a leader in customized therapeutic solutions for healthcare facilities, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatment plans, facilitate patient exercises, and contribute to the overall recovery and well-being of our clients. Assist physical therapists in developing treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders. Implement selected components of patient care, intervene as appropriate and document patient progress. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and maintenance exercises. Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards. Operate and maintain therapy equipment safely and effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow detailed instructions Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and equipment Capacity for physical stamina and manual dexterity Proficient in record-keeping and documentation software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapist Assistant license CPR and First Aid certification preferred
