Job Description:

A large health system in South Jersey is currently seeking a licensed Advanced Practice Provider for a great opportunity with their Gastroenterology team at one of their facilities.
About the Opportunity:

• Specialty: Gastroenterology
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 40 hours/week, no nights/weekends/call
• Patient Population: Adults

Responsibilities:

The Gastroenterology NP / PA will:

• Conduct comprehensive initial patient assessments and perform thorough physician examinations focused on gastrointestinal health
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including but not limited to lab work, imaging studies, and endoscopic procedures
• Develop and implement patient treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Provide patient education
• Perform outpatient procedures as required

Qualifications:

• New Jersey Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
