Andy Frain Services is seeking a dedicated and vigil ant Event Security Officer to join our dynamic team, providing top-notch security services within the events sector. This position entails maintaining a secure and safe environment at various high-profile events, effectively managing crowds, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols. Our Event Security Officers are essential in implementing our commitment to client satisfaction through tailored security solutions and exceptional service delivery. The role demands a proactive approach to security issues, keen observation skills, and the ability to respond swiftly and efficiently to any security threats or emergencies. Monitor and control access points to prevent unauthorized entries during events. Carry out security inspections and sweeps of designated areas to ensure no security breaches occur. Respond to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary. Provide escorts for VIP guests and event personnel as required. Write detailed reports on incidents and maintain daily activity logs. Advise event organizers on security best practices and preparations. Proficiency in surveillance systems and emergency response Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and effectively Strong interpersonal skills to interact with the public and team members State-approved Security Guard license CPR and First Aid Certification preferred Training in crowd management and tactical response
