This position works closely with nursing team members to provide excellent dining experiences for residents in Skilled Nursing and Personal Care. Essential DutiesEnsure residents receive meals according to ordered diets Deliver hot foods, cold foods, and beverages to designated service areas Assist cooks with portioning and preparing cold food items Stock service kitchens with food, supplements, and supplies Work collaboratively with nursing team members during meal service Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in all work areas Check, record, and report refrigerator and freezer temperatures Assist with dishwashing, including collecting, washing, unloading, and storing dishes Assist with receiving and inventory as needed Perform other duties as assigned to meet facility needs QualificationsBasic knowledge of safe and sanitary food and equipment handling practices Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions Professional appearance and adherence to hygiene and dress standards Customer-focused, dependable, and detail-oriented Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Fairmount Homes Compensation details: 17.55-18.95 Hourly Wage PIb87c4d6e43b6-31181-40079182
