The Human Resources Analyst facilitates the human resources
processes at the Company's Pennsylvania location. This position
performs the day-to-day recruitment tasks for all non-exempt and
some exempt positions. This role administers employee health and
welfare plans and acts as liaison between employees and insurance
providers. This role provides administrative support to the human
resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file
maintenance and time & attendance.
Manage the Selection and Recruitment process, using the tools
available to recruit, screen and interview job applicants to fill
entry-level, professional and technical job openings.
Assist health and welfare plans for all of the Company's
Pennsylvania locations, including enrollments, changes and
terminations. Reconcile benefits statements to ensure accurate
record-keeping and proper deductions.
Ensure compliance in all HR processes - Complete Forms I-9, use
E-Verify system to verify I-9 documentation and maintain I-9 files.
Perform Form I-9 audits as necessary. Conduct audits of payroll,
benefits or other HR programs and recommend corrective action.
Ensure that all new hire paperwork is properly completed and that
all employee files are appropriately maintained.
Coach, counsel and guide managers before executing employee
Manage and track all employee disciplinary action.
Facilitate or provide training (including new hire orientation) to
Assist with the administration of the performance review
Partner with employees, HR team and management to communicate
various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and
other government regulations.
Maintain all related OSHA and Worker's Compensation records.
Represent the company for any unemployment claims.
Maintain and coordinate employee recognition programs.
Other duties as assigned.

- A Bachelor degree from a four-year, accredited college in human
resources, social science, business administration, operations or
related discipline is required.
