A growing company is seeking an entry-level HR Representative to assist with various HR tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and paperwork. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and eager to begin a career in human resources.Responsibilities Include:

• Onboarding & Offboarding:
• Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
• Manage offboarding for departing employees, ensuring all exit procedures are followed.
• Paperwork & Documentation:
• Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with preparing and processing HR-related documents and forms.
• HR Support:
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
• Answer employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.Ideal Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
