Pediatric Physician Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Lancaster,
CA Essential Functions : Provide evaluation and treatment of
pediatric patients, including history-taking, physical exams,
diagnosis, and treatment planning. Order and interpret diagnostic
tests; prescribe medications as appropriate. Maintain accurate and
timely documentation in the EMR system. Review and sign off on lab
and radiology results; ensure patient follow-up. Initiate and
manage specialist referrals and communicate with specialty
providers. Participate in professional education programs and
quality improvement initiatives. Meet productivity standards (goal:
25–30 patients daily). Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to
professional ethics. Education & Certifications : Licensed to
practice medicine in California. Board Certification by the
American Board of Pediatrics. DEA Certificate. CPR Certification.
Skills & Experience : Experience with underserved populations
preferred. Familiarity with Quality Measures and FQHC experience a
plus. Ability to be credentialed successfully. Bilingual
