Operations, LLC provides general and specialized Crew to handle a
wide range of tasks, including set-up and break-down of indoor and
outdoor experiential events, brand activations, and more,
throughout NY, NJ, PA, and MA. Our team works projects of all
sizes, from small actions that a single Crew Member can handle
autonomously, to large scale events such as the NY Marathon where
we have dozens of shifts available on a daily basis for several
weeks. We also provide project management and general and
specialized labor support for travel-based warehouse and facility
projects throughout North America. Our crew travels to different
client locations to support small-to-medium scale projects such as
warehouse build-outs, workspace reconfigurations, station assembly,
wire and cable management, and material handling. All work is
performed on-site at client facilities—there is no fixed or
permanent work location. JOB DESCRIPTION: This job is gig-based and
100% travel-based. You are applying to be included in our database
of General Workers and Warehouse Crew Members who are offered
individual shifts at varying client locations based on project
demand. You must be comfortable traveling to different sites for
every assignment. Travel costs including flights, hotels, and per
diem for food will be included. Shifts may occur on weekdays,
weekends, and occasional overnights depending on project schedules
and timelines. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible,
hands-on work who enjoy changing environments and project-based
assignments. Our crew includes people from a wide range of
backgrounds, including tradespeople, students, creatives, and
professionals seeking supplemental income. Some crew members accept
only a few shifts per year, while others work 40 hours per week
during busy periods. Motivated and reliable crew members may
receive more frequent shift offers, additional training
opportunities, increased responsibilities, and pay increases over
time. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not
limited to: Traveling to different warehouse, office, and facility
locations for each project Loading and unloading tools, materials,
and equipment at client sites Building and assembling workstations,
shelving, racks, and modular systems Assisting with warehouse
layout changes and workspace reconfigurations Running, organizing,
bundling, securing, and labeling cables and wires Supporting wire
management projects, including cleanup and final organization Using
basic hand tools to install, adjust, or remove fixtures and
hardware Packaging, palletizing, and organizing materials
Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas at each job site
Job duties and responsibilities vary by project and location. HARD
SKILLS: Strong attention to detail, particularly for wire and cable
management tasks Ability to lift up to 100 pounds Ability to stand
for extended periods and frequently bend, kneel, reach, and climb
ladders Ability to safely use basic hand tools (screwdrivers,
drills, wrenches, box cutters, cable cutters, etc.) Ability to
follow layout plans, diagrams, or verbal instructions on-site SOFT
SKILLS: Ability to reliably manage a travel-based, gig-style
schedule Ability to arrive on time on traveling days Strong
communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow instructions
and complete tasks accurately Willingness to accept feedback and
adapt to changing project conditions Ability to maintain a
professional and positive attitude in fast-paced environment

REQUIREMENTS: Valid State ID (Passport recommended) Reliable
transportation and ability to travel to multiple job sites Working
email address Reliable smartphone with a data plan capable of using
mobile apps Ability to complete online employment paperwork with
e-signature functionality Ability to arrive on site prepared with
required PPE, including work gloves Ability to wear appropriate,
durable work attire suitable for warehouse and construction-style
environments BONUS EXPERIENCE: Wire and cable management or
low-voltage support work Warehouse build-outs or facility
reconfiguration projects Assembly of furniture, racking, or modular
systems Operating pallet jacks, hand trucks, or dollies Forklift,
scissor lift, or boom lift experience Shipping, receiving, packing,
or inventory work Facilities, maintenance, or light construction
experience PLEASE NOTE: This is a 100% travel-based, gig-based
position and is not a full-time or part-time role with a guaranteed
schedule or fixed work location. Travel costs including flights,
hotels, and per diem for food will be included. Per diem is
additional compensation beyond hourly pay. PLEASE NOTE: The
majority of Groundwork Operations and Heavy Weight Freight job
postings are for gig-based positions , NOT full-time or part-time
roles with a consistent schedule. The exceptions to this are listed
below: Our CDL Class A OTR (Over The Road) Truck Driver jobs are
contract-based (1099) with specific, consistent schedules . Our IT
Workstation Installation Tech jobs are travel-based positions,
placing you in-field, out of state, for several weeks at a time
with a fixed schedule for that duration. These are W2 positions and
