We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Class B Front Load Driver to operate our front load trucks and help maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of our services. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and compliant waste removal from client locations, maintaining a critical line of service that supports both community health and environmental sustainability. Operate Class B front load trucks following all operational and safety procedures. Complete daily routes as assigned by dispatch, ensuring timely service to our customers. Perform pre- and post-inspection checks on vehicles to ensure optimal operation and compliance with safety standards. Coordinate with the dispatch team to report any issues or delays and to receive instructions for new pickups or changes to your route. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues to management promptly. Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to waste transportation. Engage with customers in a professional manner and report any issues affecting service delivery. Skilled in operating Class B commercial vehicles. Strong time management and route management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic mechanical skills to identify and report maintenance issues.
