Job Details Position: Electronic Assembler Schedule: 6am-2:30pm Pay Rate: $19/hr Location: Phoenixville, PA Type: Direct Hire / Full-Time What You’ll Do Prepare finished products per assembly instructions, print specifications, and bills of material. Assemble and inspect component assemblies by examining connections, fastening parts, and measuring final components against prints. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and coordinate repairs to keep equipment running smoothly. Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with Megger 6S procedures and regulations. Manage area inventory, reorder materials from warehouse using the Kanban system. Document work by completing production and quality forms. Apply Megger’s core values – Caring, Consistent, Captivating, Confident, and Creative – to every assignment. Perform other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience assembling electronic products and mechanical assemblies. Ability to read/understand design schematics, assembly documentation, component data sheets, and bills of materials. Experience with surface mount and through-hole soldering. Intermediate PC skills.
