Job Description Install flooring materials including tile, hardwood, laminate, and LVP according to drawings and specifications Operate flooring equipment safely and efficiently Read and interpret production prints Work productively and safely as part of a team Manage multiple tasks within the flooring department Maintain a strong focus on accuracy and quality Qualifications Minimum 1 year of relevant flooring installation experience (tile, hardwood, laminate, or LVP) Ability to read and follow installation drawings and specifications Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety Strong teamwork skills and a positive, accountable attitude Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift heavy materials (up to 50lbs) regularly Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and meeting production deadlines Additional Information The Pay Range for this position is $20.50 - $26.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
