Job Description:

Bilingual Call Center needs Spanish/English
Bilingual Call Center requires:
2 years minimum experience in a healthcare field is a plus.
2 years minimum experience in call center environment is preferred.
Healthcare, Medicaid knowledge
Bilingual, interpreting and reading in Spanish and English is required
Basic understanding of a call center environment and quality monitoring processes

Customer Care Call Center duties:
Document reports of potential fraud received via telephone within the web-based computer system for follow-up
Document grievances received via telephone within the web-based computer system for follow-up
Conduct outbound calls to assist applicants and existing beneficiaries submit required information in a timely manner
