DescriptionProMedica Senior Care, formerly HCR ManorCare,
provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care,
assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care,
hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.Spiritual
Care Coordinator/Bereavement Coordinator - FT - 40 hours.This
position is a combination Spiritual Care Coordinator & Bereavement
Coordinator. Must have qualifications for Spiritual Care
Coordinator role: Bachelor's from an accredited school of theology
or equivalent, or Master's in Counseling or Master's in Social Work
with 2 units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) required;
Master's in theological studies or equivalent and completion of 2
units of CPE preferred. If affiliated or endorsed by a denomination
or faith group must be in good standing, as evidenced by a
certificate.Increased Mileage Reimbursement Rates!!Responsible to
provide spiritual support to clients, families, and the hospice
staff via phone contact, home visits and referrals to the
client/family, local clergy. Assists with memorial services and
activities relating to spiritual and religious issues of client,
