• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and
  technical constraints.
• Contribute to the design of and prototype intuitive/aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for our technology solutions working in Figma and Adobe XD daily.
• Work with developers to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into the final product.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across the platform.Qualifications
  • Enrolled in a relevant program such as UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your visual designs, process, problem-solving skills, and creativity.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions.
  • Ability to travel to the Newton, PA location on Tuesdays.Candidates must be a minimum of a Rising Junior and currently enrolled full time in Spring/Summer or Spring/Fall 24 semesters. The Commercial Summer Intern Program runs from May 20, 2024, to August 9, 2024, and all positions will work full time (up to 40 hours per week).The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $23-$28/hr. and will vary based on the candidates semesters completed in school.
