The Senior Benefits Administrator is responsible for performing a
variety of duties involved in the coordination, procurement,
implementation, and administration of Radian's employee benefit
programs and the Total Wellbeing program. The Senior Benefits
Administrator administers Radian's robust employee benefits
(medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life, disability,
401k, tuition reimbursement, home ownership perks, fertility care,
voluntary benefits, EAP, and wellbeing), provides guidance to
employees in understanding the organizations benefits offerings and
acts as a liaison between the organization and third-party benefit
providers. This role will serve as the subject matter expert on the
Benefit Administration system and will work in close partnership
with the AVP, Benefits.

Basic Education and Prior Work-Related Experience:
Degree Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience

Preferred Years of Prior Work-Related Experience: 6 or more years
of directly related prior work experience
