Through our talented staff and "LEAP" career framework (Leadership, Empowerment, Accountability, Personal Growth), we are committed to a people-first approach that fosters trust, inclusion, growth, and development for all.Position OverviewThe North Brooklyn YMCA is seeking a Day Camp Unit Leader who will be responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and support to one of the Summer Day Camp units to ensure quality supervision and program execution.Summer Day Camp programs operate Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., July through August.Minimum Requirements

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent. College credits preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with youth, with supervision experience preferred.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Access, Adobe PageMaker, and Photoshop preferred.
