Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Records Coordinator Remote
PST.
Key Responsibilities
Tracks documentation for completion by patient/physician and
verifies accuracy and completeness
Facilitates referral received notifications back to the referral
source
Performs routine clerical duties including data entry, filing, and
processing incoming faxes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
0-6 months of relevant experience
Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel
Basic level skill in Microsoft Word
