Position: Program Supervisor CR Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time Location: Port Jefferson, Back House Salary: $65,000 Days/Hours: Tuesday - Friday; 9am - 5pm & Saturday; 8am - 4pm Description: Concern Housing is seeking a Program Supervisor for the CTAP Program to be responsible for the overall supervision of the CTAP program and responsible for managing the program in a manner that promotes client growth, safety, and the effective delivery of rehabilitation services. Duties and Responsibilities: --- Supervise and coordinate the provision of direct care services; manage caseloads accordingly; provide direct support to clients during times of staffing challenges. --- Supervise program staff on a weekly basis; provide staff training as needed. --- Ensure program compliance with agency standards of care as well as regulatory guidelines, including OMHs licensed program requirements and Medicaid billable services, such as: --- the provision of 6 services monthly to each client --- Service Plans and Reviews according to due date requirements --- the obtainment of Physician Authorizations according to due date requirements --- Maintain up-to-date tracking systems of all documentation due dates to ensure compliance. --- Complete periodic staff evaluations; participate in hiring and dismissal of staff. --- Ensure staff remain in compliance with agency-issued documentation sign-offs and Relias trainings. --- Provide 24/7 crisis intervention support. --- Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings. --- Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Community Residence Programs. Salary: $65,000 Position Requirements: Masters Degree in relevant field preferred. The individual in this position must display effective leadership and supervisory skills, and have the ability to make sound judgments regarding client care.
