Job Description:

Reporting to the Manager, Business Development, the Business Development Coordinator will work with the Business Development and Marketing teams to assist with due diligence and implementation of strategic business development and fundraising objectives. -Moderate travel may be required.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the online US and Global commercial permissions process including but not limited to the licensing agreement process, invoicing and coordination of business and clinical review, and approval process for appropriate use of NCCN Content Support and execute the Industry Umbrella Licensing and Permissions Agreements in coordination with the Manager, Business Development and Business Development Specialists Act as liaison with Epic/Cerner Customer Licensees to contract for the integration of NCCN Content in HIT, including coordination of quarterly HIT Licensee newsletter and other relevant communicationsSupport the US and Global Business Development teams in the achievement of funding objectives, such as grant and support request submissions and reconciliations Maintain and manage the Permissions DatabaseSupport on-sight meeting logistics for Business Development, Marketing, and Payer/Employer Outreach programsNCCN Contract Management System - Business Development Agreement management, including management of contract tracking for optimal coordination of relevant follow-upCoordinate invoicing process for licensing and permissions and other Business Development activities as assignedAssist in the development of the annual revenue forecast, annual budget, and related supporter tracking sheets relative to permissions and licensingAssist with the NCCN algorithm Flash Card, Pocket Guide, and Guideline copy revenue generation and fulfillment including design of Flash Cards Liaison with the Guidelines, Business Insights, Marketing and Accounting departments to fulfill requests for executed agreements and Sunshine Act reporting Perform other related duties as assignedEDUCATION/RELATED EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience required0 -2 years Marketing, Non-Profit Sales and/or Business Development experience, internship equivalent experience consideredNon-profit, Healthcare, pharma/biotech industry or equivalent preferredProject management experience preferredContracting experience a plusOncology experience a plusSKILLS AND ABILITIES:Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal and external staff and managers at various levelsStrong attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrentlyStrong interpersonal skillsAbsolute attention to detailHigh level of professionalismTeam player who is also self-motivated and can work independently with minimal supervisionProficient in MS Office products, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPointInDesign experience a plusExceptional problem-solving skillsOrganizational ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesOutstanding follow up -This position represents a unique opportunity to build a career with a premier organization.
