If you are always the center of attention with an outgoing personality, and possess our other requirements we want you! This role will create a fun, exciting and engaging Poker experience for our guests. The Poker Seating Coordinator will create and maintain a stage performer's persona, personality and party atmosphere for extended periods of time. Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors. Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guest's wins. Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service. Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist. Promotes Caesars Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting. Greets customers and provides superior customer service. Coordinates the timely seating of poker patrons by reservation. Operates computerized and/or manual poker seating reservation system. Transfers chips from the poker cage to poker tables. Exchanges currency and chips at poker tables. Accepts new applications into the Caesars Reward program. Maintains familiarity with company activities and events and responds to customer inquiries. Performs other duties as assigned. This position is not responsible for issuing complimentaries. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED (General Educational Development) required. Prior public entertainer, acting, dancing, modeling or, beverage serving experience preferred. Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays. Must be able to meet department operating standards (provided under separate cover). Must be able to wear and perform comfortably in standard department uniform. Adheres fully to established company and departmental appearance standards; including uniform, hygiene, and general appearance guidelines at all times. Must be able to communicate with coworkers, supervisors and guests. Must have flexible schedule and be able to work any day/any hours. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to get along well with others and work as a team. Must be able to maneuver in and around casino and public areas. Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate license through the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Positions available include: full-time, part-time and on-call. Physical / Mental Demands: * Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop and stack. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Must be fluent and literate in English. * Must present a well-groomed appearance. * Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when required. * Bending mobility required. * Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues. * Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality. * Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke.
