Overview:The Sr. Help Desk Support Technician maintains and support
computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality.
They must have knowledge of Warehouse process, computer software,
hardware, RF equipment and a variety of internet applications. The
ideal candidate will have great troubleshooting abilities and
attention to detail. The goal is to build and maintain efficient
operational performance within the warehouse to optimize the role
of technology on business sustainability in a 3PL packaging and
fulfillment warehouse.Work Location: DC5, Scranton, PA. On-Site
role with opportunity to work from home when possible.Work
Schedule: First Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pmWork Travel:
Up to 10% domestic travel.Competitive Total Rewards Package:

more.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain local networks in ways
that optimize performancePerform system trouble shooting and
analysis of warehouse operational equipment and systemsDevelop
strategies for short- and long-term goals to meet or exceed
expectation of the warehouse operationsSupport PowerShell
scripting/automatingOwn the relationship with between technical
operations and production operationsPackage software installations
on many computers at a timeEnsure security and privacy of networks
and computer systemsPerform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve
problemsSet up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral
devices (routers, printers etc.)Check computer hardware (HDD,
mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionalityInstall and
configure appropriate software and functions according to
specificationsProvide orientation and guidance to users on how to
operate new software and computer equipmentMaintain records/logs of
repairs and fixes and maintenance scheduleIdentify computer or
network equipment shortages and place ordersFollow corporate and
site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance
when observed.Observe all company safety rules and assist in

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in the field of Information
Technology or Logistics desired, or equivalent experienceWorking
knowledge of the Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft server product
line, Microsoft Office suite, TCP/IP, VPN technologies, data
backup, virus protection, and network system monitoringAnalytical
thinker comfortable with managing technical operationsExcellent
diagnostic and problem-solving skillsOutstanding organizational and
time-management skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal,
written, and presentation)In depth understanding of diverse
computer systems and networksGood knowledge of internet security
and data privacy principles3+ years end user support experience3+
years WMS experience desiredRF technology experienceFlexibility to
