This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sports trading cards, customer service, and retail . As a key part of our in-store experience, you will assist customers, help maintain the stores operations, and contribute to an exciting and growing business. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in finding the products they need, providing product knowledge and recommendations. Sales Support: Assist in sales transactions, process payments, and maintain a positive customer experience. Inventory Management: Help organize, stock, and display trading cards and collectibles, ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new product releases and trends in the trading card and collectibles market to effectively assist customers. Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times. Team Collaboration: Work closely with store leadership and fellow associates to meet store goals and deliver exceptional service. Qualifications: A passion for sports trading cards and/or collectibles (experience is a plus). Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and work as part of a team. Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment while providing excellent customer service.
