• Perform In-Home sales presentations
• Ensure accurate-true cost estimates on residential HVAC system replacements and new installations
• Identify opportunities for customer savings or improved value by proposing value added options for customers
• Assisting with financing approvals and having budget conversations with homeowners
• Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing
• Get potential customers excited about Essig Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling and encourage them to spread the word
• Become an expert of your market area, understand the customer needsQualifications:
  • Previous residential HVAC Sales experience or a proven track record in sales; Five (5) years minimum of outside sales experience
  • Financial acumen including the ability to determine if a job is profitable and what operational activities affect positive or negative results
  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
  • Ability to climb on ladders into attics and into basements
  • IT competent, previous experience with Microsoft Office and the latest sales applications
  • Ability or the acumen to learn how to design residential HVAC Systems
  • Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life
  • Valid driver's license with no major infractions for the last 5 years
